I usually have a very good experience here except for one situation prior to this one, but tonight is the complete opposite. One of the washers I used that is $3.75 and add $0.25 for a plus cycle, did not work. For literally 15 minutes the attendant kept changing the temperature gauges on the machine, as if it was supposed to make water appear inside, which it didn’t. Then she suggested I move to another washer but didn’t want to pay the fee for their machine being broken. I am furious as hell about ready to lay hands because they’re being unprofessional due to the dissatisfaction of their machines.

Won’t let you use dryers (which you have to pay for - btw I’m fine with paying) if you don’t wash your clothes there. My dryer was broken so I lugged my clothes all the way to Laundry King and was told to leave. Attendant was rude. Very poor customer service.

Extremely clean inside and out, public bathrooms, on-site attendant, handicap parking spot, free parking lot, handicap accessible bathrooms, laundry drop off, friendly Spanish speaking attendant. Disappointed that all of the tvs were set on non-English stations but could request to be changed, good prices, no free dryers.
